Returns and Refunds

1. Returns
We do our best to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are unhappy with a non-food related yak product (hide, skull, etc.), send the product back in its original packaging and it will be reviewed by us for damage or other inconsistencies. If no damage is found and is deemed acceptable by us, we will issue a full refund, less shipping. Because Seller receives discounted shipping rates, freight should be coordinated with Seller directly to help alleviate cost.

Due to the nature of frozen meats, we do not accept returns or refund food items.
2. Cancellations
For orders picked up locally at the farm or at a farmers market, orders can be cancelled at any time. For orders being shipped, cancellations must occur prior to 7 PM (central) on Sundays of each week. After this time, the order will already be moved to shipped status and it cannot be cancelled. With exception to special order items (whole yak, special cuts, blended yak burger/organs for pet food, etc.), cancelled orders will receive a 100% refund. Special order items (whole yak, special cuts, blended hamburger for pet food, etc.) will be reviewed by Seller on a case-by-case basis and refunds are subject to Seller's discretion. Our common cuts (ground yak, yak burgers, etc.) can easily be placed back into inventory. An entire yak or ground with organs mixed in for pet food can not (only two examples and not limited to them for special order definition).
