Do not overcook any yak steak ever! Low and slow is the way to go! Cook to an internal temperature of 125F (rare to medium) or 135F (medium rare), remove from heat, let rest to finish for a few minutes and enjoy! Steaks are packaged individually and typically weight 1.2 to 1.5 lbs.
