Our steak sampler gives the best option to get a variety of our steaks. You will receive at least 7lbs worth of steaks that include a mix of your selected steaks from the drop down menu. We may, at times, mix in other steaks such as t-bone or porterhouse and is dependent on inventory and availability.  
 
If you don't have experience cooking yak steaks, we recommend tenderizing prior to cooking (with exception to the tenderloin). I am a salt and pepper kind of person but season the same you would your favorite steak! We recommend cooking to an internal temperature of 125 , remove from heat, let rest for a few minutes and then enjoy! This cooking guideline should land your steaks perfectly at medium rare.
